I want to explain more about my RFQ to make sure that you are 100% understanding what exactly my customer is looking for. Please note that there are many competitors will give quotations to same customer, I have to prove that my price is the best, and the item is exactly what they want and to deliver on time. I hope to help each other to get this order. My customer gave me the sample which I attached its photo with high resolution and asked me for the following:-
1) Size should be (160 X 220) Centimeters.
2) Weight shouldn’t be less than 1.9 Kilograms & not more than 2 Kilograms.
3) Color should be same (as attached photo, I Think Yellow or Golden Yellow).
4) The blanket is 1 Ply.
5) Your quotation validity should be for 60 days.
6) You should deliver the whole quantity within 60 days after our approval.
7) You should give bank guarantee for 90 days if we approve your quotation.
8) We will pay you within 6 months after your delivery.
As mentioned above I’ll take the risk of blocking my cash for at least 3 months because of the bank guarantee for 90 days & delay my payment.
I will pay you according to the rules of AliBaba website, so no risk at all for you. Hope again to give me:-
1) Your best price.
2) On time delivery.
3) Exactly what my customer needs for the whole quantity without any troubles, because they will check it all.
