PE felt is most widely applied in the temperature between 130℃ and 150℃, as well as its special properties as other needle punched felt, and it also has good anti-abrasion and higher ratio performence&price. Temperature resistance of Acrylic fiber needle punched filter felt is from 140℃ to160℃, which has the best property of anti-acid, anti-alkali, hydrolysis resistant. A new needle felt is developed to overcome common PE felt’s shrinkage in long circumstance on the basis of other PE felt temperature of 130℃ or up.
