Shenghe is the earliest manufacturer in China for top-grade colored non-woven padding cloths, colored woven padding cloths and other adhesive padding cloths and one of first-batch enterprises adopting paste-point and double-point methods in China; we have been receiving a high reputation in our region as "a very import enterprise" and "Top taxpayer" for years.
