Zhucheng Deliyuan Textile Co., Ltd is reformed form Zhucheng ramie textile factory. Our company is located at west bank side of JiulongheRiver. We enjoy good location and complete infrastructure. Our company covers an area of 82,499.79sam and 50,400 sqm of buildings. The registered funds are 11.68 million Yuan. As a national medium second grade company, we have got I/E license and certificate of ISO9001: 2000 quality system in Oct., 2003. Deliyuan specializes in the production and sales of yarn, cloth, cloth, towel, garment and textile fittings.

Deliyuan has got lots of awards in past two years, including“one of 100 private companies“of Weifang,“AA credit company”of Weifang national tax bureau,“Good economic company”of Zhucheng government,“Invest & develop award”,“Good merchant company”and AAA credit company of several banks. In 2001, Deliyuan tanked No.63 of Shandong textile industry.

In 2003, Deliyuan sold 340 million of product and paid 48 million Yuan of tax; from January, 2004 to June, 2004, Deliyuan have sold 223 million Yuan of products and paid 31 million Yuan of tax; according to our plan, we will sell 450 million Yuan of products and pay 55 million Yuan of tax in 2004. At present, Deliyuan has 290 million Yuan of assets , and 62,000 spindles and relative equipment, the fixed assets are 120 million Yuan, including 127 sets of FA506 bind machine, 20 sets of automatic spoolers (3 are Italy Lolian-M), 2 sets of automatic combers, 4 sets of automatic clean-comb machines, 40 sets of automatic drawing frames, 60 sets of combers, 300 sets of rapier looms and 500 sets of looms. Besides that, we have 10 processors working for us. Up to now, deliyuan can produce 18,500 tons of cotton yarn and 21 million meters of grey cloths every year, the produce and sale ration is 99.5%.

There are 2,100 employees working for Deliyuan, 95% of them are experienced worker and technicians: 390 have medium or above of technical titles, 980 have college licenses, 180 are textile technicians. Our company consists of spinning workshop, cloth weaving workshop, office, finance company, sales company, production department, material department, audit department and logistical department. To keep our developing capacity and improve our competition, Deliyuan leaves special budget for employees’training: first, we send some persons to other companies and departments; second, we carry out technical match among our staffs. Our products are 7S to 80S of polyester cotton yarn , ramie cotton yarn and pure cotton combing yarns , ramie cotton grey cloth , polyester cotton grey cloth , pure cotton grey cloth; the breadth is 47inches-67inches. Most of our products are sold into Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hong Kong, USA and Korea. We have occupied 1/3 of market shares in these regions. According to our sales trend, we have ability to occupy much more market share in these regions. Our flax cotton yarn /cloth , ramie cotton yarn /cloth can adsorb moist, remove heat t and restrain the bacteria, and have been well-received by our customers, their supply is unable to meet the customers demands. At present, the sales of these products is very good, its benefits are increased year by year.

Quality is base of our development; quality is the main tool of competition. To get quality product, from material purchase to the finished product delivering from warehouse, we have a strict QC system; all of material share made in famous companies, it keep Deliyuan from unqualified product caused by bad material; it is not permitted that unqualified products leave Deliyuan. We have a strict coast control system; our audit department is in charge of this job. We have set a inflexible index for each of materials and costs. It eliminates the squander and lowers our cost to the low-water mark.

To provide much more benefits on economics and society and improve our competition force, we started to build Zhucheng Deliyuan Flax Textile Co., Ltd in Zhucheng economic development zone. This company covers an area of 500mu; the total investment is 300 million Yuan. It will produce flax, ramie fabrics and grey cloth. Its first step item covers an area of 300mu; the investment is 110 million Yuan. It will build 25,000sqm of factory with 30,000 spindles and 1,000 sets of looms. Among them, 52 million Yuan are for equipment, 28 million Yuan are for factory, 30 million Yuan are flow capital. It started on February 10, 2004; and it will be finished in August, 2004.Once this project is put into production, it can produce 8,900 tons of flax yarn and 63 million meters of grey cloth. The sales income will reach 800 million Yuan(including 69 million yuan of tax) and the export will reach USD 12 million.
