APPLICATION:The fly frame of modle A454 series is used for processing rovings for ring spinners with slivers of cotton fromcarding,combing and drawing,or with slivers of man-made fibre and their blends having a fibre length up to 65mm,Roving of various counts can be processde on these machines.The package of A454 series fly frame is in the dimensions ofΦ128 x 320mm,suitable for the ring frame with a spindle gauge of 70mm or 2-5/8(66.67mm)Now there are two versions in the fly frame series of model A454,i,e andA454G.The fly frame of model A454E is improved which based on the A454.Principally,the automatic cone drum belt resetting device and the tension fine adjusting device are provide so that reducing the operator's fatigue and improving the tension of roving.It is suitable for processing pure or blended cotton fibre up to 51mm and the fly frame of model A454G is adaptable staple length up to 65mm.
