Specifications: Low temperature Elastic White Paste 1400/1400C Introduction: This type of paste is of low temperature, natural dry, only can accept the cold water washing. Property: Apperance: 1400 for white Paste; 1400C for beige slurry paste Compounds: Acrylic co-polymer. Viscosity: 140000-150000cps. PH value: 6.5-7.0 Non-ion Shelf Life: 1 year under normal temperature , but should well sealed . avoid direct sunshine. Application 1: 100-120 mesh is suggested when printing, to select the mesh based on different pattern. 2: this paste is suitable for the cotton, two times printing by come-and-go, natural dry for 8 hours, no need to hot dry, then can conduct the cold water washing test. 3: This paste can directly used for the dark fabric, for the color printing, please add proper 1400c, for the elastic cotton, we suggest to apply 1400C to render two time to strengthen the tensile power. 3. Suggested Formulattion:1400--30% 1400C-70% pigment: 5% (within) Features 1. Soft and non-sticky 2. good covering ability and smooth 3. good fastness and no need to hot dry. Fastness test: after well printed , to conduct the cold water fastness test after 8 hours natural dry. There will be no crack and peel off happened. Attention: For the elastic cotton, we suggest to conduct the test prior mass production, be sure to add 2% catalyzer to improve the fastness for warm water fastness test.
