Founded in March, 2004, Sichuan Mingjian Garments Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture garment limited corporation specializing in the design, development and trade of fashionable jeans and casual garment series, with CNY 70 millions of assets and I/E license. All our products are exported to North America, EU and Hong Kong, etc. Relying on good and unique production-management-sales idea, our products have been sold in several garment supermarkets in the world. At present, Mingjian is the member of Sichuan Garment (accessories) industry association and garment manufacturing and labor-training base of Jianyang city. In 2006, we were approved as“growing medium-small company of Sichuan province”by Sichuan medium-small enterprise bureau and Sichuan chamber of commerce and industry.

Covering an area of 70mu, our head office is located in Jianyang industrial park in Sichuan province; we enjoy good location. We now have 2 offices in Chengdu and Qingdao, 8 departments (management dept., account dept., Technical dept., production dept., inspection dept., supply & sales dept., storage and transportation dept., security dept.), 2 workshops (Garment-making, Washing) and 520 staffs, 100 of them are technicians in the fields of foreign trade, garment design and garment washing, etc, and 3 have the education in foreign countries. We invested CNY 14 million in our first stage projects, including 7,600sqm of buildings, 330 sets of leading sewing apparatus and special devices, one 2 millions/year pieces of production line and one washing production line (for increasing the value of products), etc. we started to production in 2004, and produced CNY 47.5 millions and exported USD 5.74 millions of products in this year; in 2005, we produced CNY 80 millions and exported USD 10millions of products.

We finished our second stage project (3.60 million/year pieces of garment production line) in October, 2006. It includes 10,520 M2 of buildings (8,320M2 for workshop, 1,400 M2 for multi-purposed center and 800 M2 for public facilities); according to international technology, we built 12 new production lines and related public facilities. Up to now, we can annually produce 4.50 millions of garments (3.60 million pieces of garment are newly increased) every year, we can yearly get CNY 156.046 millions of sales incomes, CNY 19.092 millions of profits and USD 19.460 millions of export incomes from this project.

We are going to invest CNY 60 millions in new yarn-dyed fabric production line, including 13,000sqm of buildings (6,000sqm of spinning workshop, 4,000sqm of weaving workshop, 3,000sqm of finishing workshop and warehouse), 2 sets of clean-steel united machines, 20,000 pieces of spindles and 200 sets of rapier looms. After this project is finished, we will be able to produce 3 million pieces of garments, 3,500 tons of spinning yarns and 4 millions of grey cloths. At that time, we will produce 250 million and export USD 25 millions of products every year.

At present, we are striving to improve our quality and working hard for meeting your demands. With the hard work of our staffs, and the cooperation with the companies in this trade all over the world, we are keeping improvement and striving to be a leading brand in this trade, a biggest garment production and export base and a technician training base in Sichuan province with national reputation in China by the end of 2010. At that time, we can annually export USD 80 to 100 millions of products and obtain CNY 180 millions of profit payments and tax turnover.
