His center has a planned area of 4300 mu, a total investment of 3.57 billion Yuan, implemented in 2 stages and plaaned to be complete in 2010, with construction content including 1 million spindles, 1000 gripper looms, 6 dyeing and finishing production lines and high grade garment production line. Upon completion, this center will host more than 30 enterprises, form a division and collaboration system with a chain of textile, weaving, dyeing and finishing, and garment processing, making this center hold 100,000 tons of high-count combed yarn for fabric, 2,58 tons of high-grade air-spinning yarn, 60 million meters of high-grade fabric, 60 million meters of high-grade dyeing and finishing fabric, 300,000 sets of high-grade garment, have a sales income of up to 10.95 billion Yuan, and profit payments and tax turnover of 1,45 billion Yuan.
