It is subordinate to Hongkong Seasons Group Co., Ltd., which is an exclusively foreign-owned enterprise with its headquarters located in Hong Kong, and 5 subsidiaries in Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Jiaxing and Zhangjiagang, respectively. It is an all-round enterprise mainly engaged in the manufacture of cases & bags, tapes, chemical fibers etc.

Jiaxing Seasons Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is located in Zhongdai Development Area in Pinghu City, the national garment production base in Zhejiang Province. Less than 100km from Shanghai to the north, 150km from Hangzhou to the south and only 7km from Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway, the Zhongdai Development Area enjoys a good location.

Our first-stage project boasts 4 BARMAG SPINNZWIRN production lines, which are capable of the annual production of 5,000 tons of polyamide 6-POY filament, main products are 30-100D polyamide POY and HOY. The fore-spinning line of DTY stretch yarn in the second-stage project has also been put into production. The line mainly manufactures 30-100D polyamide stretch yarsn and 50D*2, 70D*2, 100D*2 stretch yarns. The third-stage project (polypropylene industrial yarn) is also under the installation of equipments.
