Xiajin Shengmeng Weaving & Dyeing Co., Ltd. is located in the largest high-quality cotton base in China - Xiajin, close to Qingdao-Yinchuan Expressway, No.308 Highway, Beijing-Shanghai Railway and Beijing-Kowloon Railway, so enjoys transportation convenience. It covers an area of 16,600 sq.m., with fixed assets of more than 85 million yuan. It has a complete production line integrated with knitting, weaving, bleaching, dyeing, finishing, cutting and sizing. It is the largest bleaching and dyeing enterprise in West Shandong Area, with annual output of 3,000t knitted grey cloth and 4,000t bleached and dyed grey cloth.

The main equipment in our company are: 30 circular knitting machines made in Taiwan, 5 middle-size bleaching and dyeing machines, 5 Q113 normal-temperature dyeing machines, 7 GM-38 normal-temperature normal-pressure overflow dyeing machines, 8 SME high-temperature high-pressure double cycled overflow dyeing machines, 2 expanders, 4 dryers, 5 felt blanket sanforizers, 2 ME724 high-temperature forming machines, 2 teasers, 1 2800-type stenter, and 2 air-jet cloth turning machines. We can produce various types of knitted cloth in accord with client’s requirements, and also accept export orders from all over the world. Our products have been well accepted in Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, America, Chile, Israel, Canada and other countries or areas.

Now in our company, there are 200 employees, including more than 30 ones with expert titles. And we have invited several engineers specialized in bleaching, dyeing, cutting and sizing from South China.
