Established in September, 2005, Jiaxing Changsanjiao Dyeing & Finishing Co., Ltd. is a specialized dyeing and finishing company, and we are mainly engaged in the research, development, processing and trade of yarns. Covering an area of 25,000m2, we now have a fixed asset of CNY 60 million and 310 employees. With the supports of senior management team and professional R&D team in dyeing field, we have successfully sold over CNY 80 million of products in 2010. Equipped with 40 leading dyeing vats for cheese yarns and reeled yarns, high frequency driers and computerized winding apparatus from Germany, we are able to produce 10 tons of top-grade dyed yarns every day.
There is a well-equipped R&D laboratory in our R&D center. With the help of leading instruments, our R&D center has successfully developed a new dyeing method for flax, and this technology ranks the leading position of this field in the world. Up to now, the flax dyed yarns (dyed by this method) have become the main products, and are widely used in the top-grade tatting and knitting fabrics. They are highly appraised by our customers for excellent performance.
