Our company owns two sets of Chinese advanced production lines of electric stoves of Blow Ceramic Fiber Blankets and a set of production line of electric resistance stoves of Spun Ceramic Fiber Blankets with annual output of Ceramic Fiber Blankets amounting to 4500MT. With two sets of wet vacuum model equipment, our annual output is 680MT or 680,000pcs. Furthermore, we have two sets of kaolin high-temperature calcined kilns and two sets of crash equipment, with annual output of high quality calcined kaolin of all sizes reaching 15000MT.
Our company utilizes high quality kaolin, high purity oxidizes aluminum powder and refined quartz sand produced and selected by us, as well as zirconium sand introduced from Australia as materials to produce Ceramic Fiber Blankets, Felts, Boards and other related products used in different temperatures of low, middle and high degree. Our products have been widely used to the industries of porcelain and ceramics, chemistry, metallurgical industry, electricity, and aviation as thermal preserve and heat insulation.
