1)What's the shipping method?

Normaly we will send the order by EMS, We will provide tracking number to you

once the order shipped.

2)How long i can get my order?

All the orders will be send within 72 hours after get payment. you may get the

package in 10 days

3)Tax on customs

We will declare the item as sample/gift and low value(less than USD10) on the

pacakge to avoid you pay any tax.

4) Exchange and Refund

We accept exchange if sent wrong item/size/color. Pls contact us within 3 days

after get package. the exchange item must be in the same conditions as

original(full tag,label and packing). the buyer must charge for the return shipping

cost. We accept full payment refund if you are not satisfied with the quality.

5) Do you accept wholesale order?

Yes! we accept wholesale order and offer good discount for big order, our

major products include all the famous brand apparels and accessories. we have

6) How can i get better price?

we offer better price if you mix purchase several items together, because we

will combine shipping. you can mix purchase different items in different sizes/colors.

7) Do you accept drop shipping?

Yes! but the price will high a bit than wholesale order.
