A: For cooling,put the accumlated energy case in home fridge about 8-10hours, then put into this cooling  box ,up ,down or side of the food/fruit/drinks,it can keep under 15degree for 20hours.(cover the lid)

 B: For warmer,put the accumlated energy case in microwave oven heating for 120seconds to 60-70dgree, then put into this cooling  box ,up,down or side of the food/fruit/dromls,it can stay 5-6hours for keep the temperature above 40 dgree.(cover the lid)
