Neutralizing Powder GW-ZH330 is a neutralizer after potassium permanganate bleaching during denim washing process.It is a substitution of oxalic acid or sodium pyrosulfite.

Process and Recipe:

           Equipment            washing machine

           GW-ZH330           3~5g/L (Adjust according to the amount of KMnO4 in the former process)

         Temperature         45~55°C

             Time                  25~35mins

          Liquid Ratio            1:20

Storage

Package: 25KG/drum.

Keep in a cool place at about 25°C for at least six months shelf life.
