• Qingdao LION Computerized pillow machine QL003-PF is one of the latest developed machines according to our customer's requirement and experience during using our machine.
• It is adjusted by PLC control system that the whole line can be handled by only 2 operators,
•    one of them is mainly working for raw material feeding and another one works for the 2 fillings that adjusted by control panel.
• It requires conjugated hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm.
• The filling time can be adjusted from the PLC control panel according to the different production size and filling quantity for each pillow case from each filling slot separately.
• Different requirement can be considered to work on our equipment to be suitable to the customer.
• Good dynamical balance processing assure the machine running without shaking and noise.
• Our machine main structures are made by computerized laser cutting machine which is very stable quality to the machine.
