Description:

1. The whole set is assembled with a ball fiber machine and ball fiber transporter which will deliver the finished ball fiber to the next program automatically after the time adjusted.

2. It is mainly used for textile stuffing productions, such as pillows, cushions, toys, quilting etc.

3. The suitable material is conjugated siliconised polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm.

4. According to the ball size and different production required, the producing time can be adjusted easily, and the finished ball fiber will be delivered automatically after the adjusted time.

5. There is PVC automatic feeding conveyer assembled to the machine, so that the labor safety is assured.

6. Good dynamical balance processing assures the machine running without shaking and noise.
