Description:

• The fiber opening machine is mainly used for opening conjugated hollow siliconized polyester fiber that short than 100mm length.
• Automatic raw material feeding conveyer sends the material into the roller automatically that assures the operators safety.
• Anti-deviation device of the feeding conveyer which avoid damage to feeding conveyer.
•  The rollers of the machine assembled with metallic self-lock V model wire. It assures the fiber opened with 98%-100% opening rate and not damaged.
• It can be handled by one operator with simple operation.
• High opening capacity: 150-450kg/h (according different model and the raw material)
• Well roller dynamic balance processing, so the machine can be running without shaking or noise.
