Description:
1) The toy stuffing machine SX1550-D2Y is assembled with a blower fan and a toy stuffing machine with two filling nozzle. And the material used for filling should be opened fiber.
2) The toy stuffing machine SX180-TS is assembled with a fiber opening machine, a blower fan and a toy stuffing machine with two filling nozzle. And the material used for filling can be raw fiber.
3) The best material for filling toys should be 32mm, 7D/15D polyester fiber.
4) Adjustable foot switch controlling for the material agitation inside of the stuffer hopper that avoids the material becomes ball and get worse quality. So that the finished product is remained good elasticity, soft and save material cost
5) Lower air pressure required which is 40% lower than the others in the same area in China
6) High efficiency that the whole set can be handled by only 3 operators which is as same as 50 operators hand working
7) Reliable and safety considered during the designing, and the protection system assembled to the machine, so that assured the operators safe
