Production Flow: Overview

We emphasize on quality control to consistently meet quality targets. Stringent checks are carried out at every production stage, ensuring that product quality is never compromised.

Griege Inspection

Greige are inspected to ensure that they meet China, Europe and USA's quality standards. 

Pretreatment

Greige will be treated in the following ways at our mill:

• Singeing
• Desizing
• Scouring
• Cold Pad Batch
• Mercerizing  

Dyeing & Printing
Our State-of-the-art Printing Systems

PFD fabrics will then undergo a second round of quality inspection. Only PFD fabrics that have passed the quality test can proceed for dyeing and/or printing. Equipped with high-precision and versatile systems imported from Japan and Europe, such as the Stork(PEGASUS)16-color rotary printing machine from The Netherlands and MONFORTS Continuous Dyeing System from Germany, we strive to achieve  great reproducibility and high operational efficiency for cost-effective printing.

Fabrics are inspected after printing/ dyeing, before being sent for finishing processes. We possess advanced machineries such as Italy's Lafer Ultrasoft Graphite Micro-Sanding machine and Germany's Sucker Müller brushing/ sueding machine to apply customized and consistent finishing effects to produce well-textured fabrics.

Finished products are sent to our Quality Inspection Centre for quality assurance. All products must meet Europe's ISO international quality standards and USA's AATCC before delivery.
