Usage in the daily life:                                   

1. Use it on pillow or bed covering with pillow and bed sheet if needed when you sleep.                  

2. Use them in tent when you go camping.                           

3. Use them on the seat of car in summer.

Theory

When the outside air temperature is higher than 30 degrees, PMC will absorb heat and melt automatically; lower than 27degrees, it will become graininess. If the outside air temperature is always too high, we advice you to use water to improve its crystallization.(you can feel the pad is releasing heat in water.)

Caution:

1. The best indoor temperature to use the product is 25-32 degrees, and both sides can be used.
2. In the process of use, appearance of larger crystal block is a normal phenomenon. It only needs air basks for 1-2 hours to dissolve crystals, then put it flat indoor. With the decrease of temperature, products can be restored.
3. In order to protect the products, please avoid needle，blade or anything else that would destroy the product, do not jump on it.
4. If you feel too cold, you can use sheets to adjust temperature.
5. Those people who can’t express themselves clearly, the aged and children please avoid using.
6. Please avoid direct sunlight for safekeeping.
