8. Continuous positive double sided extraction to ensure efficient waste removal at multi-suction points.

9. Auto stop motions provided for detection of metal in the lap, thick lap, pressure roller lap, sliver break and full-can with indicating signals.

10. Various individual motor drives and speed sensors at feed roller, liker-in, cylinder, flats and doffer are used for synchronous control. Combination of computer communications, touch screen display and PLC control ensures coordination in the whole system and stable operating conditions.
