The RSY Series Non-PVC Soft Bag Production Line manufactured by Shinva Medical is developed on the basis of domestic and abroad advanced technology for Form-Fill-Seal machine. The whole process is automatically controlled by PLC with the advantage of high
technology and great function, as well as reliable operation. It can successively complete the following function such as: film transport, printing, bag form, filling, sealing, bag output, etc. The fittings adopted are all international famous brands. The acceptance can reach above 98%. It adopts multi-layered co-extruded non-PVC film, boat ports/tubes and combination cap as packing material directly contacted with solutions, with the advantages like: friendly environment protection, good barrier, low absorption, low weight and no additive overflowing. The machine is mainly fabricated with 304 stainless steel or other materials, in which the spare parts directly contacted with solutions are made by 316L and hygienic silica-glue. It meets the GMP requirements.

  The machine is controlled by PLC with great function and perfect performance.

  The parameters such as welding temperature, time and pressure, printing, filling, cleaning-in-line, sterilizing-in-line and etc., can be set with the touch screen and can be printed out with connecting of printer.
  The control of solenoid valve and inspection signals are integrated through valve terminals and connected with controller through the cables. This kind of configuration realizes the most savable connection methods and most quick signal transmitting, as well as the easiest site maintenance.
  The main driving device of the whole driving system adopts imported motor and combined with synchronizing conveyer, with the advantage of high accuracy and accurate orientation.
  The pneumatic system adopts the unity gas-filling and centralized gas output.
  The advantage is: less pollution and noise, reliable configuration and good appearance.
  High intelligence controlled. The un-acceptance will be taken out by setting several examination points. The machine will send warning signals when the parameters in set points (such as printing, forming, filling, welding) exceed the set value.

  The capacity can be quickly and easily changed.

  The modules and printing modules are only required tobe changed when the operator want to change capacity. It meet the specialized and large scale manufacturing requirements.
  The advanced devices reduce the troubles. In order to reduce the trouble and ensure the continuous operation, servo system, electric devices, PLC, pneumatic devices, dynamic devices are all imported famous brands.
