B.Custom order is welcomed. Simply provide the picture or style of the dresses that you are favorite, we will then respond you with the cost required.

Time schedule:

All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 10-15 days for making.

Payment:

A.Full payment must be made within 15days of placing your order.

B.The buyer is responsible for any tax and/or duty charge by their country.

Shipping and handing:

We offer ship goods with DHL,EMS and TNT

Insurance:

Buyers are responsible for any insurance they feel is required.

Exchange/Returns policy:

A.We offer an exchange or refund if the dress does not fit you, we will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stocking styles

B.We will accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect brand new condition(no smoke scents,no makeup stains,no alterations);

C.Dress must be received back to us within 7days of your receipt;

D.For exchange,the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges;

E.For returns,A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all rturns.
