This type of Coal Mill bag filter, can treat the dust-laden gas as high as 1000 g/m³ dust content and ensure the low emission below 30 mg/m³  without any Cyclone Separator before it as pre-dedusting devices.

 It simplifies the process, reduce the investment and increase the liability of the system. 

This coal mill bag filter combined the mechanical dedusting and bag filtering method, as in the inlet the clapboards and baffle plates turn and reduce the dust-laden gas, the large particle in the gas is separated and then falls into the hopper directly, then the gas filter though the bags with less burden to the fabric.

1.    Avoid the coal powder combustion and explosion.

Anti-static needled felt Bags have a good conductive ability as the fabric contains some carbon fibers. The carbon fibers of the bags are connected with the bag holding plate, while the casing of the filter connects with the earth, the earth resistance is below 2Ω, reduce the risk of bags getting on fire.

2.    Preheating Devices

If the coal powder dust-laden gas goes directly into the filter, as the bag temperature is low, the powder would condensate on the bags, the mini holes would be block, which would largely increase the risk of combustion and explosion. So, we must raise the temperature of the bag filter using hot gas. We have installed the preheating devices in the filter inlet, which could increase the temperature of the bag filter inner accessories above the dew point in 4 hours.

3.    Anti-combustion and anti-explosion devices.

As the coal mill bag filter might explode under certain abnormal conditions (Improper operation of the coal system, Pipeline dust stacking), to reduce the damage of explosion, the casing of the filter is equipped with enough sized pressure-release valve.
