1)Frame:Top grade 1.5mm aluminum frame with powder-coated;
    Aluminium Frame:Thickness-1.5mm. The diameter depends on the design.
2)Rattan:SGS tested Rattan UV resistant;
    -- Flat rattan:width of flat rattan:normally 8mm;
    -- Round rattan:Diameter is  between  2.5mm to 2.8mm.
3)Cushion:100% polyester,water-proof,colours are optional;
    Thickness of cushion:
    --Dining chair:normally is 5cm;
    --Sofa/lounge chair/Sun bed:normally is 10cm.
4)Table top:5-8mm tempered glass, safe and strong.

Description:

1.  The artificial rattan furniture is made of the most durable PE rattan.

2.  The PE rattan has superior endured for bend, aging , waterproof and UV radiation. Our rattan is through dyed, you can fix it by applying heat when it get scratches, it last long time and the color never fade away, also it is not senstive to temperature fluctuations. It's light and strong.

3.  The main structure is made by aluminium tube. The oxidation surface of aluminium tube has defile-resisting and antirust characteristic. Rattan sets is used to garden and public area.

4.  For the fabric and sponge inside, they are all water proof, the sponge we use for our products is of a density 40 which ensures the durability, but usaually, others just use 20. Moreover, we don't need any cleaners and maitaince products, it can be simplely wiped with a damp cloth, if cleaners needed, we strongly suggest you use non-foaming products.
