Aramid fabric is used as skeleton material for silicone hose, which is applied in the five systems of automobile: Cooling system, Fuel system, Refrigeration system, Power steering system and Brake system. The fabric will improve the strength and make the silicone cone resistant to high-temperature of 250 degree.
Tubular Aramid fabric is usually cut at a ±45 degree direction and the waste of fabric is the lowest. It is ideal reinforcing material for silicone hose.Mesh Aramid fabric adopts hexagonal structure, which has good tensile strength and the best stability. It is the main skeleton material for elbow silicone hose.
