Our mission is "To make good value products for the enjoyment of our consumers worldwide". Sincere Industrial Company Ltd. started as a small PVC wallet factory. We have now developed into an enterprise with over 400 staff members, specializing in manufacturing a full product line of fashionable handbags and wallets.
