In 2002, we imported advanced production lines from Europe to manufacture Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber and other textile products.
Our annual output is 3 million square meters of prepreg materials, which can be used in various fields, including sport, recreation and industry. In 2009, we successfully completed Chinese Development and Reform Committee's project of National Carbon Fiber. We have increased our prepreg manufacturing capability by a large margin.
Our company also imports winding machines, which can produce the tubes with diameter of 40mm to 1000mm and length of 6m, with accuracy up to international standards.
Our company has strong technical capabilities with forty years of research experience. We can not only develop different kinds of resin matrixes, but also have the capability of producing products with filament winding, rolling, bag compression, compression molding and RTM. Our composite material products have been exported to Europe and are widely used in textile, auto and medical industries.
Through unremitting efforts, we have accomplished several key scientific and technological projects, which are listed on the National Torch Plan and Innovation Plan. Our company owns several patents, such as the Development and Application of High Temperature Resin Matrix, High Toughness Resin Matrix and Production of Thermoplastic Composite Material Plate.
We were awarded "Zhejiang High-tech Enterprise" by Zhejiang Provincial Government in 2005 and got the ISO9001:2000 certificate.
