It will take 15-17 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dres smaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination.

(1)Please follow the measurement instructions, and measure yourself carefully. After you pay for me ,please tell me your exact measurement in 24 hours , so that you can receive the dress quickly !If you need any other color or special requirement, please contact me by E-mail.

(2) Color may vary between different CRT and LCD screens.
I m a honest seller, All the dresses were be made as 95% similar as the picuture ,if you request 100% same as the picture ,please don't make payment.

How to Measure

The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment.

Received Your Item

Once you receive your Parcel, pls open and check it to make sure all products are safely arrived. Also, pls inspect it right away to make sure it matches the description in the listing.
If something is unsatisfactory, please contact us to solve the problem. Most times it is simply a misunderstanding that we will be happy to correct. 

Guarantee & Refund 

Defective product must tell us within 3 days attached with the picture of defective part. Please return it with your own cost within 2 weeks from the time the merchandise is received. We will arrange to exchange a new one for you at once. (you should include all original items undamaged in resaleable condition, thanks).

If you need refund, only item’s listing price is refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost incurred shipping products back.
