Heat pump utilize industrial waste water

In the world, the energy is in short supply, and utilization ratio of primary energy and various waste heat resources is very low, especially that of the waste heat sources in 30-60^oC much lower. To solve this problem, Fuerda has developed a new kind of heat pump which can utilize the cooling water, industrial waste hot water and high temperature water, produced in the running of large machinery. This practical model provides a high temperature heat pump unit for water heat utilization in power plant and printing and dyeing industries. This series of high temperature heat pump can be used to directly utilize all the water at  30-60^oC, and lift the energy and increase the temperature to 70-90^oC via heat pump unit. It is applicable for all heating modes. It has solved the heating of waste heat pump at very cold areas, and heat reformation of using high temperature water source heat pump to replace coal-fired boiler, but radiator hot-water type heat circulation system still usable. 

The lowest temperature of discharge water of utilized waste heat water can be lower than 10^oC, meeting the requirement for environmental protection. Heating condition COP can reach lower than 3.5, which is to say that one share of cost can produce over 3.5 times heat. To use high temperature water source heat pump unit to take waste heat recovery out of various low- and-middle-grade waste heat resources for heat supply in the southern cities in winter is a necessary and forceful complement to the heating of combined electricity and heat supply.
