Hongli Color Printing Packing (Shenzhen) Limited was established in Hong Kong in 1989 and is a foreign-funded enterprise, with 18,000 square meters of workshop area and 2100 square meters of office. We specialize in the production of high and middle grade color boxes, color cartons, gift boxes, cards, bags, paper boards and albums. We offer paper printing service. Our company has increased investment in introducing equipment, totally more than RMB100 million till now. The introduction of high level advanced equipment from Germany, the UK, Japan and Taiwan Area provides necessary conditions for us to produce quality products. We now have 1 set of German Roland 800 five-color segment incompatible printer, 1 set of 700 five-color printer, 1 set of Roland four-color printing press and 2 sets of double-color printing presses, with daily printing capability of 30 million sheets. We are also equipped with 1 set of British advanced rotary slitting web press, 1 set of Taiwan crossing kerosene engine machine, 2 sets of automatic polishing machines, 2 sets of automatic gluing machines, 4 sets of Japanese fully automatic die-cutting machines, 2 sets of Taiwan completely automatic pit machines, 2 units of semi-automatic box gluing machines, 1 set of automatic mounting card machine, 6 sets of manually beer presses, 2 sets of stamping machines, 10 sets of needle clothes presses, 1 set of automatic gift box assembly line. Our annual production capability for color cartons can reach 80,000 square meters. We provide customers with one-stop packaging services.

In product quality, after 10 years development, we have established a perfect quality control system and introduced ISO90012000 quality management system in 2003, and then successfully passed the certification. We also introduced professional printing system software, which is the part of the implementation of standardized and data-based control from the ordering, proofing, sample making, production, packaging and storage to transportation.
