WILLKOMM CO., LTD. was founded in Taichung, Taiwan in 1972 by Mr. C.T. Chen. With a small factory, Willkomm only obtained orders from trading companies. From time to time, we have our own customers. Besides a bag manufacturing department, we also began to sell fabrics to Hong Kong for other bag manufacturers. In 1992, we established an office in HK to be a base of transferring the production lines from Taiwan area to mainland China and gradually had a China factory as the main center of our production. Now, the HK office becomes the shipping office of China factory and handles all the shipping details of export.
