DF251 Series High-temperature,High-pressure Dyeing Machine is mainly suited for dyeing cotton,polyester cotton,polyester wool,acrylic,nylon,linen cotton,wool yarns and zippers.Using diferent kinds of creels it is capable of dyeing various yarns,such as cheese,hank,yarn on warp beam,loose wool,etc.

DF251 can operate in the following dyeing forms:
1.All-in method:
Conventional external circulating system containing an auxiliary cylinder pressurized by an auxiliary pump makes the entire dyeing process easy to control and convenient to operate(bath ratio:1:8-1:10).
2.Air cushion type
The machine can be provide reliable dye quality in the state of half according to quality of yarn or wool and regulation of bath ratio(1:5-1:8)in dyeing process.It is simple and convenient to operate,econmizes power and dyestuffs as well as has wide range of applications.
3.Combination type
Combination of all-in and air cushion types.

DF251 Series High-temprature,High-pressure Dyeing Machine has the following feature:
   1.    DF251 dyeing machine adopts imported centrifugal pump.It feature high performances,high efficiency,low power consumption and long service life,and can meet dyeing requirement of differentcheeses.
   2.    Use of high-efficient new external heat exchange arrangement brings out the result of good heat exchange  eficiency,lower cage location and small bath ratio.
   3.    Motor of main pump is controlled with frequency concerter.Both inflow and outflow are controlled steplessly.Lower power consumption can be obtained while  starting and reducing load.
   4.    A new automatic reversing device is used.When the reversing device function,the motor is not ceased so circulation won't be reduced.Thereby a uniform dyeing result can be obtained.Besides,water flow can be regulated by automatically reducing speed of motor.This will lower loss of peak current and prolong service life of electrical apparatus.
   5.    With low bath ratio(1:5-1:8),chemical agents for dyestuffs and power can be greatly saved.
6.High-efficient washing system can shorten washing time anf consume less amount of water.
   7.    Cylinder is equipped with a rotary cover and a quick-acting safe interlock mechanism.
   8.    Advanced DCP-7000 computer controller is adopted for storing 150 dyeing procedures and 150 steps.Temperature curves,procedures and outputs can be displayed simultaneously.It has control functions of temperature,feed speed etc.Full-automatic control of water inflow and discharge,temerature rise,control and drop,washing in dyeing process can be linked with central control system.
