In 1996, with the investment of USD 0.6 million, Huasheng started with 2 sets of KS, 1 set of knitting machine, and 10 employees. After 9 years' development, with fixed assets valued USD 12 million, we now have over 200 employees, 20 technologists and the most advanced equipment which includes 12 sets of warping machines from Germany, 2 sets of bonding machines, and PVC pressing lines. Huasheng turns out an annual sales volume of over USD 24 million and profits over USD 15 million by exporting.
We have an annual productivity of 2000 tons of warp textiles, 30,000,000 square meters of base fabrics for billboards, 20,000 tons of PVC pressed films, and 30,000,000 square meters of finished fabrics for billboards. Our main products include warp textiles, base fabrics, flexible banners/flexes, PVC films, Coated Fabrics, Tarpaulin and Mesh, which are widely applied to garments, toys, decorations, advertisement, cars, sports and movie-dom. All products are exported to Asia, Europe, America, Africa, and other countries and regions, being greatly popular with customers there.
With the top principle of "Security, Quality, Benefit", Huasheng always adheres to the management way of "Institutionalization, Standardization, Characterization." Moreover, we always persist in the principle of "Top Quality, Good Management, Durative Development with Times' Step", being famous for "Honesty, Best Quality with Favorable Price". We also passed the evaluation of ISO9001 international quality system attestation at the end of 2004.
Huasheng kept the top station in the same industry with the idea of "Taking the Same Step with Times", and pointed new report about re-investing USD 10,000,000 for coated projects which have good prospect in garments, tarpaulins and projective fabrics. Huasheng will be bigger and stronger, providing more novel products with high value on the sale and profit, which increase up to USD 60 million.
