Ultrasonic Non-dust cloth slitting machine/Ultrasonic Cleanroom Waper machine

1.Curtain slitting machine mainly does the slitting job of big pieces of non dust cloth,with the PLC as controlling core and ultrasonic as the cutting enegy medium.The operator control machine by GUI(graphic user interface). Totally,machine is highly automatical,with the function of auto adjustment of the fabric edge and its precision,

2.We uses the Ultrasonic Cutting technology on this machine which is higher in quality than traditional blade and lazer cutting on fabric object.Ultrasonic blades were ranged in a line which allowed a big fabric running between blade and horn, and the Ultrasonic energy will,sended by the blade ,will make the big pieces into narrow stripes.

3 And meanwhile,above the Non-dust cloth is not only a blade,but also  a mould with a certain surface,which is used to emboss the cut edge of cloth under the help of ultrasonic.

4Ultrasonic make the edge smooth,and the edge adjustent system make the edge parallel.
