Performance Introduction

      The industrial ironing machine is based on the principle of heat-exchanging, adopting the method of rotating drum pressure steam. Heating the surface of rotating drum, the fabric is heated gradually by the rotating drum surface, thus which can be dried and ironed.

      As per the different requirements of fabric and fabric’s thickness, adopting transducer stepless speed-adjusting, and choosing the suitable ironing speed.

 Industrial ironing machine features
1: the machine adopts stepless motor speed or VFD, user-friendly, according to the different thickness of the fabric and fabric, choose appropriate pressing speed.
2: the transmission, the inlet steam and hydrophobic system in both cases respectively, appearance, compact structure, small volume.
3: the machine adopts roller through pressure steam heating roller surface, the method is energized electrical heating (directly), heating roller surface fabric wrinkles, make to the drying.

Four: industrial ironing machine operation
1: in the fabric, before pressing roller surface will be clean, reoccupy soft cloth to each roller surface and machine to ensure the machine to wipe clean.
2: motors and other control must be through insulation inspection, examination empty chance is normal or not convey.
3: check the oil hole, and inject unblocked adequate lubricating oil in the reducer, add oil 20-40.
4: adjust conveyor belt, not too close or too loose.
5: open the inlet and outlet valve, the first two waterfront through more clean water within it, close to split water valve, steam pressure to 0.6 mpa 0.4 - when starting motor.
6: will speed motor controller or frequency converter, slowly turn knob opens.
7: will the fabric on after dehydration in conveyor belt, input needs ironing area.
8: according to the fabric, will speed controller needs tuning knob to the right or inverter, the normal operation of the position.
 industrial ironing machine maintenance and maintenance
1: machine use after period of time, to turn to fill lube periodic components.
2: machine happened not murmur, shall be immediately downtime repair. The normal use of six months after maintenance, replacement should stop the machine of decelerate of oil, the bearing fill lube respectively.
3: if long time don't use machine, should be removed, will be brought into the transmission parts drum clothes clean, sealing.
Four: the relief valve to check whether the normal work, must send labor department.
According to the state administration of 5: labor security supervision code, pressure containers for at least a year to user drum, such as a visual inspection found a crack, hu deformation, other abnormal phenomenon, should be handled in time, when necessary, replace roller.
