Our NMACH Series Marine type air conditioner is developed for light boats or sailors workroom and restroom.

NMACH series marine type units adopt seawater or rivers and lakes as condenser cooling agency. They are direct or indirect expansion refrigeration system, which adjust the air in needed occasion. The units are divided into direct expansion unit and indirect expansion unit according to the different condenser cooling agency. The direct expansion unit can be divided into package unit and split unit according to the structure.

Main features of NMACH series marine type air conditioner:  

1.Some main parts are imported from Europe and America, we adopt imported hermetic reciprocal compressor, Alco or Danfoss cooling controller. The capability is reliable and exact and also we can choose these parts according to customers requirement.

2.It can be used in wide region. The temperature of seawater is applicable for 2to 35.

3.It has good adaptability. It accords with the requirement that working under declining and rocking condition according to GJB2958-97 standard.

4.The unit can be controlled by mechanism or microcomputer. The later adopts micro programmable controller, which has good anti-jamming, good heat and cold resistant, quick reaction. It is very convenient to control the unit.

5.The unit has five safety precautions:

1)Suck in low pressure protection

2)Exhaust high pressure protection

3)Compressor overload protection

4)Compressor restart relay

5)Protection for segmental or low flow volume of cooling water/refrigerant

6.Material selection meet related marine standard. Bfe30 cupronickel (cu-ni) tubes are adopted to resist the eroding of ocean.

7.Stainless steel laminated heat exchanger is adopted in MHW series water cooled water chiller, the dimension is more compact, the heat transfer efficiency is highly optimized, and the anti-eroding ability is eximious.
