We're located in the Mould Industrial Park of Kunshan City in Jiangsu Province. Our company covers an area of 28,000 square meters. There are more than 120 employees.
Our advantages--
1. Mold design software: Not only UG, PREE, CAD, but also moldflow, PPI widely used to guarantee quality. Our engineers' moldflow techniques were trained by an american excellent engineer.
2. We're a professional mold factory in China, especially double color moulds. We got lots of honors during competitions, as was registered in local newspapers.
3. We're modest, innovative and willing to learn other countries mould techniques. Our engineers always have chance to go abroad for learning german advanced mold techniques.
Then, we own 1 Invent Patent, about mold measurement shelf, which was registered in international and china knowledge Protect Dept.
4. Design and make hot runner self.
CHENGGONG MOULD begins international business in 2003. We got our first American customer, themofisher by her name.
From 2003 year till now, we've 4 American customers, 1 Spanish customer, 1 Japan customer, and 3 Taiwan customers.
CHENGGONG MOULD are ISO2008:9001 / TS owned factory.
Products are widly used on medical equipments, daily used products, mechanical equipments, home appliances etc.
