36inch 250g white pure undershirt cloth with hot melt rubber by high temperature .It's use to anti-oil rubber.
1.When you thermal pressing,thetemperature must be control in 135 +/- 50 degrees centigrade.
2.Pressure 7.8pas per square meter.It about 6kg.
3.The time of pressing is 3.5second +/- 0.5 second.when the cloth cooling after the pressing,you test the stickness.
During using,the temperature control to the appropriate 100 degrees centigrade to 135degrees centigrade, but it's time to according to the high temperature and low temperature to incresing and reducing. The pressure is the same.
