Zaozhuang Runbao Light Textile Co.,Ltd. was founded in May, 2000, developed from the former Zaozhuang No.6 Cotton Runbao Knitting Factory. It is located in the Shiliquan east road of Zaozhuang city, with the registered capitals of 125 thousand yuan, as a comprehensive foreign-invested enterprise integrating weaving, bleaching&dyeing and ready-made clothes, with own import&export right. The company has two subsidiaries: Zhongrun Garment Factory and Hengrun Textile Co.,Ltd.. Now, there are more than 600 employees, and equipped with 60 sets of desk-top machines, 18 sets of rib knitting machine, interlock machine and small diameter circular knitting machine, one environment-friendly production line of cold bleaching, and 200 sets of tailoring equipment. The company mainly produces a variety of undershirt cloth, ribbed fabric, interlock fabric, knitted underwear, shorts and T-shirt, yearly produces 1200 tons of all kinds of undershirt cloth, ribbed fabric and interlock fabric, process 2500 tons of fabrics by bleaching and dyeing and 480,000 dozens of knitted underwear. All our products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, South Pacific and other countries and regions. Now, the company achieves the annual sale income of 18 million yuan and the annual profit in foreign currency of more than 2 million US dollars.
The company settled in new factory in April, 2003. In order to further expand production scale, improve the export and profit, strengthen the market competition, quicken the development to collectivization and internationalization, the company plans to invest 5 million yuan to set up one new production line of cold pad-batch bleaching. After the buildingup and being put into production, the monthly output of bleached fabrics can increase 100 tons, the annual sale income can increase 9 million yuan, and solve the employment of over 100 persons. This project is planned to set up one production line of cold pad-batch, 12 sets of small bath-ratio machine, 4 sets of dewaterer, 4 sets of drier, 4 sets of felt blanket setting machine and 2 sets of 4-ton horizontal boiler, to form the line production of fine bleaching and upgrade the products.
