Chiameng Accessories Factory was established in 1994 in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. We are one of the bases of Horng 1 Accessories Co., Ltd. of Taiwan invested in the mainland. Our factory has now formed a production structure of three series of products, including plastic hair accessories, plastic electronic gifts and cosmetics for everyday use.
