Our aim is to help our customer choosing the right product and enjoy the best service at the same time. In order to do so, we established our sale and service center in our main markets, including Africa and South East Asia. We provide 24 hours call center service in China for the customer locating in other markets.
Our first Africa sub-company is in Mali, West Africa. We established our first sales and service center there. Currently, the largest China Automobile sales and service center has been established and we represent two famous Chinese Auto companies which are Great Wall and BYD. Besides the automobile, the hardware and furniture is also selling there.
As the professional sale agent, we are not only familiar with the international business but also deep understanding many different products as following.
Firstly, iron products include corrugated steel sheet, nail products and cotton press steel wire. Corrugated steel sheet which is widely used in roofing are well sold in Africa, South East Asia and South America. The material is SGCH and full hard with best Zn coated, which assure the quality and the product can last 30 years for roofing. The main thickness is from 0.16mm to 0.50mm. Our capacity is 6000 tons per year. The nail product includes common nail, umbrella roofing nail and coil nail. Nail business is one of our biggest businesses. We exported 3500 tons nail products even during the globe financial crisis year in 2009. Cotton press steel wire is the first iron product we studied, which is used for 220 kilograms cotton packing (international standard). Up until now, more than 5000 tons of the products have been well used for Africa cotton business.
Secondly, Dining set (table & chairs) and traditional bicycle are our newly but fast developed business. Our dining set workshop and QC workroom are in WuQing development Zones in Tianjin. The output capacity is 5000sets monthly. Currently, our main market is Indonesia, Singapore, Nigeria, Denmark, Australia and other countries in South America. As the dining set is the most important product we want to sell this year, we pay more attention on making good products and at the same time lower the cost; and so to provide our customer better product and good price. Regarding to the traditional bicycle, Dutch model is our featured product. With classic design and good quality, we have exported to Denmark, Australia, USA and Africa countries.
Thirdly, sweater is our newly introduced product which has been well sold in Japan for two years. This year, we starting sell our sweater to the other counties and we hope our customer like it. The main raw material includes Cotton, Acrylic, Viscose, Wool and Nylon. The different ways of knitting are with knitting machine, Computer knitting and Hand hooks and the 14GG/12GG/9GG/7GG/5GG/5.6GG/2.8G are our professional gauge.
Fourthly, complete sets of equipment and machinery including the products using on economic agriculture product, like peanut series machine and sesame series machine.
