Use

This machine is suitable for making shopping bags (T-shirt bags) from high density polythene & low density polythene plastic film. During the production, the machine can make different printing or non-printing films into bags once.

Feature

1. The machine adopts micro-computer controller, photocell tracing, frequency conversion timing.

2. It has the functions of stopping in high order position, constant feeding, automatic counter, etc.

3. It adopts “Air-hydro Cylinder” punching for the bag mouth, and has the conveyor to deliver the finished products.

4. The machine produces regular and smooth bags and has high efficiency.

Remarks

If the operator closes the Air-hydro punching, the machine can make flat bags; If the width of small bag is below 250mm, it is better to select four-way feeding and double cutting, in order to raise the efficiency of production. If the width of big bag is over 250mm, you can select two-way feeding and single cutting.
