Performance and Characteristics
1. Fully-automatic computer-aided heat sealing and cutting synchronization, and it has firm and beautiful sealing bottom;
2. It adopts Micro-computer controller, stepping motor for pulling the materials, and automatic temperature controller , in order to make sure stable feeding, regular tension;
3. It fixes the length and quantity at will, and it has automatic counter and gives an alarm if meeting the set quantities;
4. It adopts photocell tracing system to make sure the machine smooth and stable. If any loss, the machine will stop automatically;
5. The DC timing motor of the machine has the function of self preservation while overloading, over-current and over-voltage;
6. It has reasonable design of sealing cutter, and it is easy to clean and change the rubberized fabric;
7. It adopts stuffing photocell, if any stuffing, the machine will stop automatically.
