DPS Resources Berhad is a public limited company in Malaysia. As two major subsidiaries of DPS, both DPS Industries Sdn. Bhd. and Shantawood Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. are large-scale professional furniture manufacturers and exporters, with two world-famous furniture brands DPS and SHANTAWOOD.
DPS Group set up an office in China in 2001, and Richtime International Holdings Ltd. was registered in Hong Kong in 2003. For ten years, we have stably supplied furniture materials to DPS and actively developed other customers around the world, principally for export. Until now, Richtime has already successfully established steady business relationships with approximately 100 long-term business partners in about 30 countries, and the annual total amount of production and sales is 50 million dollars. Therefore, we have formed a mature supply chain and sales network.
Our main business scope: (1) major products: upholstery fabrics, including design and development, manufacture, and wholesale of upholstery fabrics; (2)export trade of PU furniture leather and furniture accessories. Upholstery fabrics include: sofa fabric, dining chair fabric, office fabric, and neoclassical fabric, and they are primarily in leisure and classical styles. Various patterns, for your selection. Most importantly, under strict quality control, all of our upholstery fabrics have achieved the standards of dye environmental protection, color fastness, abrasion resistance, light fastness and so on. Richtime is able to supply related testing reports, according to requirements and order quantity. What's more, fabrics of special testing requirements are available, such as fireproof, waterproof and resistance burning. So quality assurance makes us obtain a competitive advantage over other competitors. Moreover, as per customers' various requirements or samples, we can develop new upholstery fabrics and provide OEM production.
