Our oil supplier is licensed to use Aegis unique antimicrobial material,and has developed a proprietary means to disperse it in water.The product unique water bass antimicrobial finish is named as Lurol AM-7,it can be used in fiber,textile,and nonwoven conventional processes.

When applied appropriatedly,AM-7 chmically bonds on the surface of fiber substrate and form a strong binding to fibersurfaces,which provides durable antimicrobial properties.Moreover the antimicrobial components will not leach to human skin.

AM-7 is a contact type antimicrobial product,which kills miroorganisms through a mechanical/electrical interruption of cell walls,therefore,it has a high efficiency against a broad spetrum of bacteria,fungi,yeasts,and algae,it also can effectively stop the growth of dust mites by cutting their food chains,data generated by aegls microbe shield technology indicated very quick kill of microorganisms in contact with the treated fiber surface,these time intercals are as low as three minutes to show significant reduction,a 100% kill was achieved at five minutes of contact.AM-7 can also avoid the potential for microbial adaptation.

The Aegis antimicrobial material used in AM-7 is registered at US Environmental Protection Agency,it passed various safety tests including those for hygienic applications,fiber products with AM-7 can be considered as sofa antimicrobial products by the government.
