Principle of this belt drier/ drying equipment/drying machine

Raw material to be dried will be spread onto the screen belt through suitable feeding mechanism. When drying, hot air will be forced to input to raw material from up and low screen belt. It makes the surface of every particulate become surface to be heated. The area to contact with hot air is increased and the heat conduct area is increased remarkably. The diffused distance of moisture in raw material is shortened. Therefore the effective drying operation can be carried out.
