Compact kit and compact siro-spinning are of four-roller device designed for modification on existing traditional ring frames.
Structure Characteristics:
1. Four-roller system, apron lattices are of positive drive.
2. Negative pressure system adopts main blower with general air dict and filter net to avoid dirtying workshop.
3. Modular design,6 spindles or 4 spindles are in one unit.
4. Well-designed negative pressure distribution ensures consistency of airiflow at each suction nozzle.
5. The suction nozzle of suction pope is of optimization design for integrating the strand of fiber easily.
6. Inverter is available for controlling the negative pressure of compact spinning for different yarn count.
7. smoothly moving of the yarn is guaranteed by tension device of the apron lattice(Patent technology).
8. Installation of flute pipe(patent technology) is reasonable, parts concerned can be cleaned dynamically.
