L150045 is a New Generation PVC tarpaulin used for fast rolling door, which developed based on our previous fast rolling door tarpaulin L9090, and adopted relevant technical standard from Japan Sanwa Shutter Corporation.

Compared to previous L9090, L150045 has more outstanding advantages, more fit for manufacture of soft roller shutter door, especially for fast rolling door. The detailed features of L150045 as follow:

1. High transparency. From formula to remodel of base fabric framework, L150045 focus on improving transparency and perfecting visibility of the PVC tarpaulin. After upgrading, the visibility of new generation have been increased more than 5 times compared to previous type, the using safety is highly improved.

2. Superior fire resistance. As fast rolling door is used for building, especially for warehouse, then fireproofing and flame retardancy is most important. The previous type is not fire resistance, but L150045 is not only adopted advanced technic and formula, but also added some imported materials, finally we overcome the problem - difficult fire resistance for transparent products, the is self- within 3 seconds away from fire, which guarantees the fireproof safety of rolling door.

3. Higher strength. By improving the weaving , L150045 adopted high strength continuous filament yarn, while under highly enlarged the reseau space, the strength is not only without any decreasing, but also increased 20% than original, which guarantees the excellent inner specifications of such product.

4. Anti-fouling and self-cleaning function. (This is optional according to customers requirements). Anti-fouling and self-cleaning type of L150045 was treated on double sides by special technique and material, the surface is smooth and anti-fouling. Thus keep the shutter long time clean and also easy to scrub.
